1. Introduction and Applicability

9570bd (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we" or "service") is an online gaming and betting service operated for users in Bangladesh. This terms and conditions document ("Terms") applies to the use of the 9570bd platform's website, mobile version and any related services.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Process

You must register an account to access the full service on the 9570bd platform. At the time of registration you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of any pending balance.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If attempts to create multiple accounts using the same IP address, device or payment method are detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must:

Sharing your login details with a third party is strictly prohibited. The account holder bears full responsibility for any loss arising from this.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

9570bd reserves the right to carry out an identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) process at any time. Verification may require a national identity card, passport or other government-issued ID and proof of residence. Withdrawals may be suspended until KYC is completed.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use the 9570bd platform:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age or older;
  • You must not be located in any region where online gaming or betting is completely prohibited;
  • You must operate the account in your own name and for your own personal use;
  • You must not have previously had an account closed or banned by 9570bd.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits can be made on the 9570bd platform using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% Welcome Bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example: A ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000. Or a ৳18,000 deposit earns a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 → total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Bonus Terms & Conditions

The following conditions regarding bonuses must be strictly followed:

  • The bonus can only be claimed once — only one welcome bonus applies per new account;
  • Withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirement is met;
  • Winnings earned from the bonus balance can be converted to cash in accordance with the terms and conditions;
  • Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

From time to time, 9570bd may offer special promotions, tournament bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal rewards. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms and conditions will apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless the bet was recorded incorrectly due to a technical error. All bets will be considered valid from the time they are recorded in our system.

6.2 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, and other sports, please keep the following rules in mind:

  • Live betting will be available after an event has started (for eligible events);
  • If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the related bet will be declared void and the original amount will be refunded;
  • Odds may change at any time; the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed will be considered final.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, live casino, fishing games, etc.) are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair outcomes. Game results are completely unbiased and do not depend on previous results.
